How do I purchase tickets or make a reservation?

How much do tickets typical cost?
Ticket prices vary based on the performer. Applicable taxes will be applied. For ticket prices view our upcoming calendar here. If you have any additional questions please feel free to call our box office at 201.727.1090.

What are your showtimes?
Showtimes are traditionally:
7:30 & 10:00PM Fridays
7:30 & 10:00PM Saturdays

Are there any age restrictions?
We are an 16+ venue with valid identification.

What is the difference between Reserved and General Admission seating?
Reserved tickets are seats that we save for you in the Showroom. Patrons who purchase Reserved seats will be given the best available seats for the size of their party.* These tickets can only be pre-purchased online. General Admission seats are available on a first-come, first-sat basis. The earlier you arrive, the better your seating will be. General Admission seats may be pre-purchased online or you may make a reservation over the phone. If you are running late, please contact the club so we can arrange to hold your seats.

*Please note, Reserved Seating ticket holders are also seated according to the date of ticket purchase.

What time should I arrive?
The Showroom doors will open 1 hour prior to showtime on the early show and 30 minutes prior to the late show. Punctuality pays dividends in fun! ALL tickets are subject to release at showtime.

Does Bananas accept credit cards?
We NOW accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. No personal checks accepted. Service fees charged by our ticketing company will be applied if choosing to use our credit card option.

What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges.

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
Gift certificates can be applied to tickets. To purchase tickets using your gift certificate, call our box office at 201.727.1090. Be sure to bring your gift certificate to the box office on the night of the show to redeem your tickets.

Is there is a two-item minimum in the showroom?
Instead of a drink minimum like most comedy clubs, we have a two-item per person minimum in the Showroom (e.g. an appetizer and a drink) which gives our patrons an opportunity to enjoy the food Gabriel's Grille & Bar has to offer. Beverages or food purchased in the restaurant before or during the show do NOT count toward the two-item minimum.

Should I research the comedian before attending a show?
Yes. Comedy is subjective and certain comedians are not for everybody. Watching a YouTube clip or reading the headliner's biography is a great way to get insight on the expected performance.

What is the Showroom like? How does seating work?
The Showroom arrangement is similar to a cabaret theater – chairs surrounding tables adjacent to the stage. With friendly and discreet table service, we ensure you won’t miss any of the action. Customers who have boosted their ticket purchases generally receive seating closer to the front of the house (depending on party size). General Admission seating is on a first-come-first-serve basis.

What Is Ticket Protection?
By upgrading your purchase with Ticket Protection, Bananas can provide you with a Seat Engine venue credit to purchase tickets in the future should something pop up that prevents you from attending the show. If you can't make it to the show, please email protection@seatengine.com at least 24 hours prior to showtime to receive a venue credit.

Why should I Boost my purchase?
Boosting your purchase allows you to have a worry-free experience. If something pops up that prevents you from attending the show, Bananas can provide you with a Seat Engine venue credit to purchase tickets in the future. Other benefits of Bananas Boost include guaranteeing your party will be seated together, and that you have a table(s) held for you in the showroom to alleviate the need to stand in line prior to the show.

How long do the shows typically last?
Shows are usually between an hour and a half and an hour and forty-five minutes.

Is there a dress code?
Nice, casual attire.

Does Bananas offer group discounts?
From time to time, groups may receive discounts on tickets if talent contracts permit. Feel free to inquire here about our Event Packages so we can offer you other ways to save!

Can Bananas be rented out?
Yes. Bananas has a wide variety of options when it comes to events. Full room rental, private shows, office parties and any gathering or get-together can be arranged with food and beverage packages. Simply call the club and ask for the Director of Group & Special Events or contact us here.

Is there handicapped access to the club?

There is plenty of free parking located around the building.

Is your club smoke-free?

Does Bananas Comedy Club have an “Open Mic” night?
Currently Bananas doesn't operate an Open Mic. Stay tuned for updates.

Are cameras allowed in the club?
Patrons may take photographs BEFORE or AFTER the show. Taking photographs, filming, videotaping or other recording of shows without the written consent of the club and the artist is strictly prohibited. Patrons who abuse this policy will have all content erased and you will be ejected immediately.
